Winter Youth Retreat at Kirchenwald - January 3 - 5, 2025

• Download Flyer
• Enjoy Kirchenwald in the Winter! Play broom hockey and other games on the frozen pond. Have fun sledding, playing snow soccer and other winter games. Creative Bible studies and worship experiences led by our summer camp counselors are an important part of this retreat. Meet new friends and catch up with your summer camp friends. Other indoor and outdoor activities may be included, as the weather dictates.

Nawakwa Work Day at Nawakwa - April 26, 2025

• April 27 - Volunteers needed to do general housekeeping, gardening, painting, carpentry, and other tasks. A noon meal will be provided.

Earth Day Celebration at Kirchenwald - April 27, 2025

• Enjoy an afternoon of environmental activities, games, and crafts at one of your favorites places within God’s creation: CAMP! An evening meal is included in the $15 fee. All ages welcome.

Kirchenwald Work Day at Kirchenwald - May 3, 2025

• Volunteers needed to do general housekeeping, gardening, painting, carpentry, and other tasks. A noon meal will be provided.

Summer Camp Kick-off Worship & Picnic at Nawakwa - May 18, 2025

• Join friends, volunteers, and staff of The Lutheran Camping Corporation to celebrate the opening of the 2025 Summer Camping Season with worship, fellowship, and fabulous food. In 2024, this event will be held at Kirchenwald.

Capture the Flag Spectacular at Kirchenwald - October 5, 2025

• Review your camp map, paint your face, and practice your cone zone celebration dance. Invite your friends and family (parents, too) to join you in this CTF summer reunion event. Play alongside familiar faces from your week at camp, plus campers from every other week of the summer. Campfire worship to follow.

Adult Study Retreat at Nawakwa - October 7 - 9, 2025

• A Book Study Retreat at Nawakwa. Books can be found on the website. All meals (7) are included in the price and served at the Dining Hall. This mid-week retreat begins Tuesday morning and ends with lunch on Thursday.

Fall Foliage Day at Nawakwa at Nawakwa - October 19, 2025

• Return to camp for the afternoon to enjoy fall activities, worship, and a picnic supper. This is a wonderful opportunity to meet up with old friends or introduce new folks to camp. An evening meal is included. Event runs from 1-6pm. At Nawakwa, enjoy Pumpkin Painting, Hayrides, Hiking, and More! Registration Fee: $15 per person includes activities and an evening meal.

• Return to camp for the afternoon to enjoy fall activities, worship, and a picnic supper. This is a wonderful opportunity to meet up with old friends or introduce new folks to camp. An evening meal is included. Event runs from 1-6pm. At Kirchenwald, enjoy Pumpkin Painting, Canoeing / Kayaking, Mountain Biking, Hayrides, Hiking, and More! Annual Quilt Auction at Nawakwa - November 2, 2025

• Join us for this year’s Quilt Auction, November 2, at Nawakwa. This fun-filled day of bidding raises money for the LCC Endowment Fund, which helps to financially sustain our fine ministry activities.

Women's Craft Retreat at Nawakwa - November 7 - 9, 2025

• Try new techniques, share your latest creations, work on UFO's, and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere of camp in the fall. Worship led by Rev. Cindy Brommer. All meals provided. Please register by November 1.

Advent Day Apart at The Wittel Farm - December 6, 2025

• In the busyness and bustle of this season, we invite you to take time for reflection, contemplation, silence, and stillness. With hope, we will spend some time enjoying the outdoors, too. Registration fee includes lunch.
